We are one of a few companies answering the call of a passionate grilling public for customized grilling products.  Grill-Luxe specializes in high-quality, customized grill grates manufactured from 1/4" stainless steel plate, laser cut to your individual specifications for your gas or charcoal grill.

Every Grill Needs a Great Grate

Our belief is that the most important component of a grill is the part that our food actually touches.  Sure, high-power burners, lighting for night-time grilling and stainless steel hoods are important elements, but nothing will affect the results of your grilling experience more than a high-quality custom grill grate.

So other than looking cool, what makes a Grill-Luxe grill grate so special?  Its all about heat absorption and the ability to transfer that heat to the food which it contacts.  All metals absorb and transfer heat, but cast iron and steel are truly the best options for grills due to their absorption properties and reasonable material costs.  An average Grill-Luxe grill grate of 400 square inches contains nearly 18 lbs of stainless steel after the cutting process. 

Our grill grates start life as a 1/4” stainless steel plate and are laser cut to exact dimensions which provides a predictable surface for meat, vegetables and even other pans and grilling devices.  Asparagus is less likely to roll to one side or the other and fall through the slots.  Fish is less likely to  flake and fall apart when flipped unlike happens on grill rods that make up most OEM grill grates.  Predictable grilling results require a predictable grilling surface.

Even though our grill grates can stand on their own with our standard cutting pattern, we know how much fun it can be to cook on a grill grate with a custom design.  That’s why we offer the option to add your initials, name, business logo or very soon, your favorite sports team logo to your grill grate.  Yes, we charge more for customized grill grates, but that’s because we create these designs to-order based upon your personal request.  And let’s face it, being able to show your friends and neighbors that you have something that they don’t have gives all of us a little bit of egotistical satisfaction.
